Alcohol Policy

INFORMATION

We are excited to welcome you to this year’s Columbia County Fair and Rodeo and appreciate your continued support and enthusiasm! As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we would like to inform you of some important updates to our fairground policies.
Due to our newly received walk-around alcohol license for the fairgrounds, the OLCC has implemented the following measures:

Bag Checks at All Entrance Gates:
Individuals who do not consent to a security check shall not be allowed entry into the fairgrounds.
All guests will be subject to bag checks at all entrance gates. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with our new alcohol regulations and to enhance the safety and security of our event.
Please Note: No open containers of alcohol are permitted to enter the fairgrounds.

Alcohol Consumption Policy:
No person shall be allowed to bring any outside alcohol into the fairgrounds.
All alcoholic beverages must be consumed within the fairgrounds.
Alcohol must be finished before exiting the fairgrounds. Guests will not be allowed to leave the premises with open containers.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement these new measures. Our goal is to create a fun and safe environment for everyone to enjoy.

If you have any questions or require further clarification, please visit the Fair Office, where our staff will be happy to assist you.
Thank you for being a valued part of the Columbia County Fair and Rodeo community. We look forward to seeing you and hope you have a fantastic time at this year’s event!
