Facility Rental Contact Request

Please complete and submit this form and one of our Fair Office staff will contact you regarding your reservation request.
A NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Deposit is required at the time of reservation to hold the venue.

See individual venue pages for details on Alcohol/Cleaning/Damage Deposit(s), payment schedules and rental requirements.

-Pavilion PA System Rental with 12 ch. Mixer, 3- audio power amplifiers, 6- 15” two way speakers, 1- handheld wireless
microphone with boom stand, with set up and removal : $100.00/day
-Additional wired and wireless microphones and audio input cables for music are available.
-Video Projectors, Tripod Projection Screens and video cables also available.
-Digital Audio Recording System
-PA Systems also available for Arenas, Barns, Main Grounds and Stage.
