Just thirty minutes from Portland Metro, our unique fairgrounds and facilities provide a scenic, pastoral setting sequestered away from the Portland hustle & bustle. We offer a great combination of indoor and outdoor spaces that can host a variety of events, from wedding receptions, business meetings, paintball tournaments and a BBQ all at one facility! Contact our knowledgeable and attentive staff at the Columbia County Fair Office to help you choose the right venue for your next big event!

A NON REFUNDABLE Reservation Deposit of $500.00 is required at time of reservation to hold the venue.

if you are interested in winter storage contact the fair office OR just come by the office Monday-Friday between 9:00-3:00 for help. We have plenty of space for your RV's AT THIS TIME. First come first serve. DO NOT USE RENTAL FORM FOR Winter Storage.

Great venue for weddings, quinceaneras, company parties, large holiday gatherings. has a full kitchen & the capacity for approx 300 people. Rent includes use of 12X18 stage, approx 300+ chairs, 70 8' banquet tables, & 29 round tables.

Perfect venue for small gatherings, meetings etc. Has a full kitchen, prices include use of 10 8' banquet tables & approx. 80 chairs and the capacity for approx. 100 standing.

This venue can be used for a country wedding or Halloween party. There are no additional items included with this rental.
