Move in beginning the last two weeks of October.
Move out by April 30th
$75 per month.
TERM: This Lease shall commence on the date last signed and shall continue until April 30.
RENT: LESSEE shall pay rent to LESSOR in the amount of $75 per month, beginning on the date of this Agreement until April 30th, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Rent shall be pro-rated on a daily basis for the first and last month. First and last’s month rent is due at the time of signing.
Utilities: LESSOR shall pay all charges for utilities used on the premises.
Shared Use: LESSEE acknowledges and agrees that one or more other recreational vehicles may be stored in the same general storage area as LESSEE’S recreational vehicle. Once stored, LESSEE acknowledges and agrees that the recreational vehicle must remain stored until at least April 30th.
Insurance: LESSEE shall insure its personal property for loss while it is stored on LESSOR’S property. All personal property stored on LESSOR’S property shall be stored at the sole risk of LESSEE and LESSOR shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, theft, destruction or damage to said personal property from fire, explosion, water damage, vandalism, or any other cause regardless of whether such loss or damage may have been caused or contributed to by the negligence of LESSOR.LESSEE shall indemnify LESSOR from and against any and all liability arising from damage or destruction of such property.
Notice: LESSEE agrees to provide a minimum of
twenty-four (24) hours in advance notice in order to gain access to stored property, unless other mutual
arrangements are agreed upon.
Pre-term Retrieval: Prior
to October 1st, LESSEE’s demand to retrieve recreational vehicle from the
leased space shall be a breach of this Agreement.
LESSEE shall give to LESSOR no less than two (2) week’s notice of
LESSEE’s intent to retrieve its recreational vehicle prior to removal. LESSEE shall pay all costs incurred by LESSOR
to make the recreational vehicle available to LESSEE prior to April 30th, including but not limited to, staff time to
arrange for other vehicles to be moved. All such costs
shall be paid to LESSOR before the recreational vehicle will be released. No rental fees shall be reimbursed to LESSEE. These
remedies are not exclusive. LESSOR shall
be entitled to any remedy available to it by law or in equity.
